This seascape was inspired by one of my photographs. It was the water in the photograph that I liked. The rest of it was a dalliance. I must say I really love the colors.<br /> <br /> The water was a lake but somehow I got those golden hills in there. It may be a subconscious yearning for the California Coast where I was born and raised. Consciously I seldom miss it.<br /> <br /> Painted on 11 x 14 canvas board.
